Shipping Policy
All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with intention, and I take great care to ensure each piece arrives safely.
Processing Time
Original artwork and fine art prints are prepared and shipped within the processing timeframe listed on each product page. Many prints are made to order to ensure quality, and processing times may vary slightly depending on the piece.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, I cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is in the hands of the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to sender, I’m happy to resend it once returned, but additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived, please first check your tracking information. If the address provided was correct and there is an issue with delivery, contact me with your order number and I’ll do my best to assist.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the artwork and packaging. I will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
