Deposit & Booking
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your portrait. This secures your spot and covers the time spent planning, sketching, and starting your piece.

Collaborative Approval Process
Throughout the process, I’ll share progress updates so you can provide feedback. This ensures we’re aligned and that your portrait reflects your vision.

Revisions
Small adjustments can be made during the process. Once final approval is given at each stage, I move forward based on that direction.

Refund Policy
If at any point during the process you feel the artwork is not aligning with your expectations, please communicate this as early as possible.

• If concerns are raised during the process, I will do my best to address them. In some cases, I may offer a refund at my discretion.
• If consistent approval and positive feedback have been given throughout the process, and concerns are only raised upon completion, the deposit will not be refunded.
