Kris was selected as the cover artist for Art the Magazine with her original painting “Believe.” The feature included an in-depth, step-by-step article documenting the full creation process of the piece — from concept to final brushstroke.
The cover feature is one of the publication's highest honors — and one I'm deeply grateful to have received.
In addition to the cover feature, Kris was named a Top 100 Artist by Art the Magazine for two consecutive years — recognizing consistency, innovation, and artistic excellence.

One of Kris’s custom pet portraits — a beloved dog named Cody — was selected for inclusion in the Art the Magazine 2023 Calendar. The portrait was featured as November, earning the affectionate nickname “Mr. November.”
The calendar selection highlights not only Kris’s fine art recognition, but also the emotional impact and quality of her commissioned pet portraits.
