Refund policy
Each piece of artwork I create is made with care, intention, and a deep love for the process. It truly means so much to me when my work finds a place in someone’s home, and I want every collector to feel confident and supported when purchasing from my studio.
Returns for Fine Art Prints
Standard fine art paper prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, undamaged condition.
Framed prints are considered final sale due to the custom framing process.
To initiate a return, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and artwork must be securely packaged — ideally in its original packaging — to ensure safe transit.
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom sizes, commissioned pieces, and original artwork are final sale and not eligible for return.
It is very important to me that my work is loved where it lives. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to have a conversation and do my best to find a thoughtful solution.
Damaged Items
I guarantee the quality of my artwork. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. I will work with you promptly to make it right.
Orders That Don’t Arrive
If your order has not arrived, please first review your shipping confirmation to ensure the address entered at checkout was correct.
If an incorrect address was provided and the order is returned to sender, I am happy to resend it once it has been received, though additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If the shipping address was correct and there appears to be a delivery issue, please contact me with your order number so I can assist you.
Commissioned Artwork
Due to the custom nature of commissioned pieces, completed commissions are non-refundable. I work closely with you throughout the process and maintain open communication to ensure you are happy with the final piece before it ships.
Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to differences in monitors and lighting. I take great care to photograph my artwork as accurately as possible to reflect the true colors and details of the original piece.
