An old barn, an old truck and Old Glory. American Pride and Honor still exist. I am definitely proud to be an American!! Are you? I’m not sure if this painting makes me think of the “good old days” or how it really is in rural America still to this day; maybe it’s both. Either way when I look at this painting it makes me smile and gives me hope. Take a close look at the license plate…. GB USA 1… God Bless the USA!!!

This is another one of my favorite Pieces from the South Texas Series. It has two things that I really love…being out in the middle of nowhere and USA!! The South Texas Series started because of my love of the outdoors and everything South Texas! I find some of the simple, useful and old things out on a ranch so amazing!
