SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping options
Standard Shipping - all items in the shop will be sent standard USPS, and as always, all items in the shop come with free shipping in the Continental US.
Rush Priority Shipping - We are currently working on adding this option! If it is something you need right now, please contact Kris directly and she will work with you to try and accommodate your needs.
International Shipping - Unfortunately at this time Kris’ Artworks does not offer International Shipping.
Handling time
All items are hand crafted and made exclusively by Kris. If your item is currently in stock and listed in the shop, it will be mailed out within 5-7 business days. If your item is a pre-order or out-of-stock, your order will be shipped immediately after the item is back in stock. If you selected local pick up, you will be contacted within 2 days of your purchase to set up your drop off. Custom projects and commissioned pieces will have an individual completion time set before the project is started.
Return/refund policy
Kris Artworks does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on artwork. All sales are final. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately so I can make it right.
Order never arrived: If your order did not end up arriving, be sure to let Kris know!! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we would be happy to send you another order to the correct address; however, it will have to be at your cost. So please make sure to be careful in putting your address including apartment numbers so there is no delay in delivery. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at krisartworks@yahoo.com making sure you quote your order number, and we will do what we need to do to make this right.
Damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please contact Kris immediately and send a picture to krisartworks@yahoo.com within a week’s time! We will make it right!
The bottom line: I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you ordered something from the shop and you are not happy with it for whatever reason, please contact Kris so she can discuss with you how to make it right. If you ordered a custom piece of art, Kris will be in open communication with you during the process and if at any time you are not happy, please let her know so she can make it right.
